BiteHeist provides the ordering software, hosting, and infrastructure. BiteHeist does not prepare food, deliver food, set prices, or control Restaurant operations.
Loyalty points, promotions, and gift cards are issued by the Restaurant unless otherwise noted. Programs may change or end at any time.

Restaurant content (menus, logos, photos) belongs to the Restaurant. Platform technology, UI, and system design belong to BiteHeist.
The Site may link to delivery, maps, marketing tools, analytics, or social media providers. These services have their own terms and privacy practices.
The Site is provided "as is." No guarantees are made regarding uptime, accuracy, or service availability. BiteHeist is not liable for Restaurant service quality or food issues.
Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
